Last night I had the pleasure of attending the Oakland Zoo Walk. Restaurants and Wineries from Oakland and it's surrounding areas sponsor sampling booths of their wares. The food was great, we got a chance to pick up some cards of local restaurants we want to visit. We were made aware of how many wineries are in our local and we got to taste their excellent wines. Best of all, we got to wonder the paths and sip and eat while gazing upon feeding giraffes, elephants and zebras. Not to leave out the red bottomed baboons.

It was more than we could eat and drink and the music was excellent. Even in the quiet zone the animals did not seem to mind the musicians beat.
