How do you do that? Nature Fountains

This week I am working on making small fountains for the East Bay Open Studios. I will be showing paintings, prints and small fountains there. I have been waiting for the rain to stop so that I could uncover my cement mixer and get this project on it's way. I only have two weeks to go.
Yesterday I made several armatures for my fountains. I had already gathered materials from nature, from recycled goods and from the craft store. I now have a great supply of rocks, shells and beautiful glass bottles. The best part about cement sculpture is that you can be so completely creative and just let those free form juices flow. So the first thing I do is take my collected treasures and play with them. I arrange them by color, shape, I play with how the shapes will flow. Then I take chicken wire and build a form by rolling in the edges, scrunching it together to create shape and strength.
